Welcome 2012!
It's a wonderful new year and I have had so many wonderful adventures aboard beautiful Crescendo in the last many months. Unfortunately, I have found that these adventures have prevented me from tending to this blog faithfully, and for that, I apologize. This past holiday season, not only did I enjoy some spectacular sailing adventures, I was inspired yet again to create and share my culinary adventures, too. My goal is to complete the Dining on Deck Cookbook this year, so hold on to your life jacket...time to set sail to good taste!
